2002 Course: Run ~ 3.5 miles from Brookmont Green along Broad Street, turn onto 61st Street, Left onto Ridge Drive past two homes, and Right onto the switch back path leading to the Circle Bridge at Lock #5, heading Right (upstream) to the Sycamore Island Canoe Club Wooden Foot Bridge, touch bridge and turn around heading back to Lock 5. Bike 4 miles along C&O Canal Tow path to an orange cone down by Fletcher’s Boat House Bridge and back to the bottom of the Feeder Canal from the foot path located between Lock #5 and #6, and Whitewater Paddle 3 miles up the Feeder Canal slalom training course on the Potomac River, down the break in the rubble dam, and down Little Falls' class III-IV Whitewater to Fletcher's Boat House finish on river left.
